The Albemarle County real estate market experienced an increase in home sales in April 2011.
A total of 108 homes sold in April compared to 76 homes in March.

Albemarle County Home Sales by Price Range April 2011

 50% of Albemarle County home sales in April occurred in the $300,000 – $999,999 price range. The below $300,000 price range was the second most active price range with 46% of Albemarle County home sales. 12 Albemarle County foreclosures and 6 Albemarle County short sales sold. Distressed property sales made up 17% of the Albemarle County real estate market in April.
