A total of 79 homes sold in Decemeber compared to 78 homes in November.
54.4% of Albemarle County home sales in December occurred in the below $300,000 price range. 6 Albemarle County foreclosures and 3 Albemarle County short sales sold this month. Distressed property sales made up 11.4% of the Albemarle County real estate market in December.
Based on the market absorption trend the Albemarle County real estate market is in a buyer’s market.
