57.4% of Albemarle County home sales in June occurred in the below $300,000 price range. 16 Albemarle County foreclosures and 7 Albemarle County short sales sold. Distressed property sales made up 15.5% of the Albemarle County real estate market in June.
Based on the market absorption trend the Albemarle County real estate market is in a balanced market.
